The 16th SCORE Laughlin Desert Challenge is January 15-17, 2010 in Laughlin, Nevada. After placing 2nd in the Baja 1000 we are confident that we can place first in Laughlin. Come out to Nevada or follow us online to get in on the action.

**UPDATE** Friday 1/15/2010
After rolling in prerunning we had problems in the electrical system. We were unable to compete in the Laughlin Leap, but thats how racing goes. Hopefully we get everything fixed by 9:00AM tomorrow for the race.

**UPDATE** Saturday 1/16/2010
We worked all night to get the truck running again. A lot of blood sweat and prayers went into the truck to get ready for todays races. We didnt make the 9:00AM start, however we were able to enter the race late. Steve powered through the course extremely quick today. Check in Sunday for the next leg of the race at 9:00AM.

**UPDATE** Sunday 1/17/2010
Steve rolled the truck on its side, in the second lap of the race. The truck was unable to startup at once it was rolled back upright. We were did not finish the race, however still anticipate a great season for Kovach Racing.
